She suggested lasagna, caesar salad, homemade bread, and chocolate cake, which was perfect for all the adults and our 13 grandchildren. "We were at a party where Paula was the chef. After seeing and tasting her food, we decided to hire her to do our own Christmas party, for 125 people, in our house.
She helped us plan the menu, with a lot of hors d'oeuvres, but it all tasted much more like a meal: the beef was outstanding and mouth watering! She made a smoked salmon appetizer - which she had smoked on her own - and then served it with capers, eggs, and onions - the guests raved about it! Everything Paula served was fresh. She has many great recipes, and her food is to die for!
My night was a great success, not only because of the food prepared by Paula, but also because of how she set up, served, and cleaned up: always with a smile! Her staff was unbelievable, and I felt like they were "family". They were courteous and polite. Besides the Christmas party, we also had Paula do an intimate 'sit down dinner' for 12 people and everything was exceptional!
You will never go wrong hiring and having Paula cook for you. She definitely cooks with love, and her great personality. She is by far the best!"

"We found Paula Emery and Cookin’ With Love when my husband and I were throwing a retirement party for a very special employee and twelve dear friends. We wanted the event to be very intimate, so we entertained in our home.
Paula started us off with cocktails and passed appetizers on our outside patio/bar. She provided the charming bartender and waitress and yummy bites. Next, we had our sit-down dinner with course after course of delicious gourmet plates, including a smoked tenderloin that was out of this world!
